Not many of us from the club today, as a few were doing Shrewsbury as well as Helvellyn! But none the less, it was still a great day (even though it was the coldest and windiest race ever in Wombourne).
Alison and Emma returned to the lovely Cotswolds for the Middle Distance triathlon (half Ironman) again. They had good weather (though it did get a bit hot during the run), and Alison took 3 minutes off of last years time.
